Just for information : as we wrote in the news and rules, maps can't end a draw. In the case of Algiers, you should have play an overtime to have a winner on the map.
But as both teams went with it without complaining and the fact that we won't have enough time to do it, the result will stay as it is. Just don't forget it for your next matches.
