Sub is not forbidden in CTF, only in TS

look at the rules again, there are three subs allowed.

Different from other leagues, each team is entitled to more than one substitute in-game, as long as the server allows it. Both teams should have the opportunity to have the same number of substitutes. Three substitutes is the maximum.

He had an unspecified alias. Still counts as unregistered player. Again : learn the rules.
