Can you try postng something Russian in the forum. I think it's a system wide issue as the team guestbook uses the same bbcode editor as pretty much everything else on this website, including the forum.

Sp1ke, can you post Russian text on the old site, www.urban-zone.org/league or on the old forums, www.urban-zone.org/forums
I think it might be a server issue as this website is definately UTF-8, and all it's tables are UTF-8.
