(TIMEZONE SETTINGS:
To start with, set your profile time up properly. Look left. In the left-hand column, toward the top, you can see My Preferences. Click. Select your timezone AND your daylight saving time (example: GMT + 1 as timezone and European Union - Central GMT + 1 as daylight saving time). Click on SAVE CHANGES.)

When you're logged in to the website the dates / times on matches are in whatever timezone you've set in your website account preferences. So, for example, if a match is scheduled for 20:00 CET and you've set your timezone to New York, USA, it'll display as 14:00.
When you're not logged in to the website the dates / times are CET.
The key really is to set your timezone properly, and always log in to your website account, then you haven't got to worry about doing timezone conversions, if the match says it's at 8pm it's at 8pm your time, regardless of what that time is according to anyone else.
