Hi!

I would like to know why does the status of the fixture automatically changed to accepted ?

None of our members ( trustee , arranger ) accepted the match. and there is no admin report saying forced or something


ps: I am posting this in forums because its very hard to reach the supervisors , even after googling their name I can't be sure if its the correct one or not.
I advice you people to post a link to their profile from next time.

The first thing i noticed when I went to the fixture was:

Admin Report:
I dont know why the match got forced.
But agree on a date, comment here or contact a div 5 referee on quakenet @ #urban-zone #uzdiv5

Obviously it was forced by accident, as described in this report.

Supervisors can generally be found on #urban-zone in IRC. Everyon having op (@) in that channel can help you.
Alternatively, to find out who are the supervisors for your div, check out the index page www.urban-zone.org/

Yea , but when you are providing a website ( which has the ability to pm ) then why not just give a link to their profile with their names when you post it on the home page.

Because it's more work, and we already put in a lot of our free time, furthermore IRC is the way communication for this game has gone for over 12 years, and it's a faster way to to get an answer.

If you want to write a PM to some staff member, you can search their name of course. You find you div supervisors in the news post, then go to Competition -> Players and search for that name.

But as SevenofNine put it, IRC is way easier.
