5.H Servers
All league matches must be played in European servers; that includes Turkish servers. Teams can opt between playing both maps in one server, 1 map in one server and 1 map in another server, and playing their match in a league server. If one of the teams requests that a match be played in 2 servers, the request must be accepted, unless the teams agree to play in a server provided by the league. If teams are unable to agree on a server to play their match in, they report their conflict to the staff who will assign a league server where the match will be played. Once a league server is assigned, the entire game is played there.
We're from a few countries: namely Hong Kong, Singapore, Korea & India.
In this case we will be playing against European clans.
Do we have to play in European servers? We typically ping 300-450 to them.
We've a neutral server in California, USA, or are we allowed to play 1 match in our home server, & the 2nd match in their home server?

There is a big difference tho with your last sesaon. The last time you played you didn't face any european teams. That's why eya told you it would not make sense letting you play on European servers if you play South Americans. This seasons is different tho. In your TS division you play South American teams again. Like last time we ask both teams to work out an agreement and play on a neutral server there. BUT in bomb mode you play European clans. We are a European competition and our rules clearly state that ALL matches should be played on European servers. If both teams agree we are fine with letting you play on a neutral server but they don't have to. If they want to play on a European server then that is perfectly fine according to the rules. You have to hope for some fair play from your opponents, that's all you can do.
