The winner of a division is promoted to the higher division the next season, and the opposite for the last one.
Regrading new teams, we need to base the positioning on the players in the roster, but they hardly get placed in higher divisions.
Exception made for +5d. who got pushed to div1 as they are mainly composed of Team Poland members.
The other teams, were the decision to place in one or the other decision can be litigious have not been placed yet and will be after getting different opinions on each team regarding their skill and potential.
Are you asking that because you feal a team has been missplaced ? The teams currently in the divisions are meant to be the ones only directly positioned from their last season's results.
Things are really easy to update, so let us know
