No longer active admin, so this is my personal opinion: with the current state of the community this rule should be taken out. One of the ideas behind the rule was to avoid the chance that a nation's team would be hijacked by a clan. Now in some countries you'd be hardpressed to find 5 people, let alone 5 people from different clans.
I agree with you and tbh, I can excuse Argentina as they are clearly not enough and all in the same team. But there are no excuses for Colombia & France.
Btw, the debate isn't about that rule being a good rule or not (that debate should've being discussed before nc start). That rule was in the official rule a the start of the season and was still there after those match, so it must be respected.
