is there a way to having 2 or 3 trustees instead of 1 leader in a uz clan?
No, because ultimately there needs to be "someone" responsible for a clan and having "one" someone is preferable to having "several" someones, much easier to administer.
There are 3 levels of team permissions :-
3 Leader
2 Trustee
1 Arranger
("members" and "inactive" have no permissions)
One thing each of those can do is promote or demote anyone below their level. Promoting a Trustee to Leader however demotes the existing Leader to Trustee, maintaining the concept of one person with ultimate responsibility.
Imagine if there were 3 Trustees, all with the same permissions, and then 1 left, possibly in less than amicable circumstances, yet all 3 had the same permissions. By having a Leader you can ensure disputes can always be resolved, beyond the Leader being the one in dispute of course, in which case a site Admin would be required. But if there were several people at the top level site Admins would have to get involved much more often.
