Just a suggestion:

At the end of each season, maybe each clan could give a vote to their respective division supervisors/admins.

Ofc this would be a biased vote but it could help give some guidance on whether to keep/promote a supervisor or not.

Each team would only be able to vote on the REF of their own division as they do not know any of the others.
Wouldn't make much of a difference.

I like the idea of rating and admin (or referee) and give them suggestions on what they could improve

Chamonix is amazing.

Division 10 isn't though. It's a nice idea, good for feedback, especially for the new guys.

Some Ref´s helping in other div´s, too. So some ppl know more about some ref´s then about just their own div supervisor. Smile
