Every season is a long lane that has no turning, so is this one too.
It has always been a UZ tradition that the awards aren't ready when they're supposed to be, so this time we decided to publish a season ending newspost anyway. You'll be able to get your awards from a dedicated newspost we'll publish as soon as possible.
We would like to thank each and every clan who signed up for this past season, especially those who showed us huge respect and dedication for the competition. Above all we also thank the division 1 teams who've been the Guinea Pigs for our Cup System experiment. It brings a lot more tense matches and although it's a lot more work for referees and admins we're most likely going to keep it for the upcoming season. If you think it has that certain 'je ne sais quoi' or want to give us feedback, please use this forum topic to share your opinion.
Speaking of Cups, we must congratulate with the teams who already played their finals and managed to grab a medal.
Team Survivor cup has been won, again, by SexyChicks who went over Team Italy in a very close final. The Bronze Final hasn't been played yet and it's gonna happen on Sunday night, April 14th.
Team [b00bs] managed to grab the Gold medal in the Bomb Mode cup by beating in a very clear way Zero 2 Hero. Bronze Finale between Team Italy and ontop is probably not gonna happen since the italians had to drop the competition.
CTF Cup is the one which brought us the highest amount of issues, once the playoff stage was reached. The Bronze final between rush and X-rated pwninja Gorillaz was a very close and tense match which ended in favour of the german team. The Gold Final hasn't been finished though. Some aCe players had connection problems during the third and deciding map, we decided to force a replay of that 3rd decisive map. The set date is next Monday, April 15th, @21.00 CET.

We also strongly recommend to all those who were involved in this past season to be sure they uploaded each and every demo since we're gonna check it before assigning awards. As you all know, uploading demos is mandatory whatever the result of your match is.
Next Season's SignUps
As always, we're giving you two seasons back to back. We're going to open next season's ones soon. Most likely on Monday 15th. Stay tuned and don't miss a the chance to have fun together with teams from all over the Europe and the World.
